Dr Roskin and Dr Andreu have been serving the Aventura community together for over 15 years. The cornerstone of their medical practice is to provide ongoing, personal patient-physician relationships focused on integrated health care. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, they provide routine health screenings and counseling to prevent illnesses before they develop.
As primary care physicians they directly provide 80-90% of the medical care required by their patients, but they are also trained to know when specialty intervention is needed. They manage chronic illnesses from heart diseases, diabetes, cancer and asthma while at the same time coordinating care provided by other subspecialists. Every effort is made to communicate clearly with consulting specialists to coordinate care and minimize inconvenience to their patients. Their goal is to provide the right care by the right physician at the right time.

Stacy D. Roskin, MD is a board-certified family physician. She has practiced in Aventura, FL since 1997. As a family physician, Dr. Roskin focuses her practice on providing holistic, comprehensive, and progressive medical care.
Dr. Roskin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1989 and her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2004. While attending the University of Miami School of Medicine she received the prestigious Iron Arrow Award and was inducted into the Iron Arrow Honor Society of the University of Miami. She completed her family medicine residency from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997.
Dr. Roskin has been an active member of the Medical Staff of Aventura Hospital for the last 25 years and currently serves as Past President of the Medical Staff and is on the Board of Trustees at HCA Aventura Hospital. Although one of her biggest passions is her relationships with her patients, she also loves spending time with her family and traveling. She is fluent in English, Hebrew and Spanish.
Alejandro J. Andreu, M.D., is board-certified physician in Internal Medicine. He is a compassionate doctor who believes in treating each patient individually taking their thoughts and perceptions into his practice to provide everyone with personalized care.
He has been practicing in Aventura for over 18 years since completing his Internal Medicine Residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, July 2002 to June 2005. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University Medical School in Grenada, W.I., August 1998 to June 2002. He received a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University in Miami, Florida, graduating in May 1998. Dr. Andreu enjoys hospital privileges at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Aventura, Florida. In January 2009,
Dr. Andreu was appointed Chairman of the Aventura Hospital and Medical Center Medical- Surgical Peer Review, a position he has continuously held. In 2012 he was elected as Chief of the Internal Medicine department for four years, in 2016 was elected Vice Chief of staff and in 2018 he was elected Treasurer of the Medical Executive Committee for the hospital and continues to hold that position. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Leibe A. Arroyave Smilovitz, MD is an internal medicine specialist, who completed his training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago. As a young physician he believes in a holistic approach to improving physical fitness, mobility, health, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Arroyave began medical school at Ross University School of Medicine in 2015 and became close with the South Florida community while completing his clinical training at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. After graduating medical school in 2019 he began residency training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago. His work in expanding medical access to the refugee community in Chicago during the COVID-19 pandemic, was presented at The Migration Conference 2021 in London, England. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.
In his spare time, when he is not spending time with his wife or their dog; he enjoys running and playing ping pong. He is active in his local synagogue. Being originally from México City, Dr. Arroyave is fluent in Spanish and English.
Jessica Levy is a nationally certified Family Medicine Physician Associate who completed her Master of Medical Sciences degree at Nova Southeastern University’s Physician Assistant program. She was born and raised in Miami Beach and speaks Spanish fluently. Jessica is a University of Miami alumna, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Planning.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys family time with her husband and 3 children. She likes to attend outdoor concerts and art festivals, visit museums, and bake or do arts & crafts projects with her kids.
Jessica is very excited to be part of Lifetime Medical Associates of Aventura and is proud to work with such a fantastic team of medical providers and staff. She looks forward to forming special bonds with her patients and to keeping them healthy and happy.
